BLOG #4

My final refection on my classes so far are that they all taught me good skills. In the ENG class I learned how to fix my grammar mistakes so that I can have perfect papers. In the WRT class I learned how to type an research paper. I learned how to cite sources and make my paper sound educated. I learned a lot of skills I didn't think these classes would have taught me simply because I thought I already knew everything, but I was mistaken. I feel much more prepared for the harder classes that I have next semester. I think that Freshman Academy taught me a lot of good skills and helped me make good relationships with my professors and students.

Library Assignment

When I went to the knowledge market I went specifically for the writing center. There I was given 30 minutes to talk to a consultant about my paper, and in return they would give me feedback and helpful tips. I realized how much the writing consultants helped me that I went back an additional 4 times. Each time I would ask them to look at something different for example, content, grammar, transition, word structure ect.

At each appointment they would give me feedback like, "you should switch these paragraphs around or you should take this out and put this in, instead."
